Prior to project takeoff, a qualified Contractor Quality Manager is assigned to the project and
tasked with developing a comprehensive Contractor’s Quality Program (CQP) for implementation.

The project specification detail and other features of work information are utilized to create Quality Work Plans, Submittal Schedules, External & Internal Audit Schedules, Six-Week Quality Look-
Ahead Schedule, List of Hold Points, and the Daily Quality Reporting requirements.

Established in 2016, Coulomb & Joule Risk Management LLC (CJRM) is an integrated Construction Management firm that specializes in Site Safety, Environmental, Staff Augmentation, and Project Management. We provide our public and private sector clients, and prime contractors with a comprehensive suite of services, for transit projects, infrastructure, major building construction and rehabilitation, and disaster recovery.

Under the leadership of the founder CJRM has sustained growth to include public works and infrastructure projects in New York and New Jersey.

Message from the President – January 2021

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

Together with my colleagues at Coulomb & Joule Risk Management and my family, I wish you a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year!

For Coulomb & Joule Risk Management (CJRM), and me as its President - Business Development & Operations, 2021 started with great milestone accomplishments for our Firm, and an evolving vision for our future. Through long-term hard work and dedication, CJRM has sustained growth in key business divisions, and has expanded the scope of our services to include an Environmental Testing and Program Management Business.

I am humbled, honored and privileged to lead this Firm into the next phase of its strategic growth and transformation. I am deeply grateful to our employees, clients and business community for leadership and outstanding contributions to the growth and continuity of our firm and the NY/NJ Construction Professional Services community.

At the core of our business, are the needs of our clients, we listen and respond with innovative, flexible, and tailored solutions. We remain resolute that our company’s strength lies within the combined commitment of our employees, many of whom are passionate and empathic leaders within the company.

In our way forward from this point, we have aligned our priorities with the needs of our clients and the market. Our overall operations’ strategy minimizes overhead costs, which enables our unique pricing strategy and “Intro Client Rate” Program, that ensures highly competitive rates for our esteemed clients.

In the last 12 months, CJRM Business Development team has launched two key initiatives to support our strategic growth and transformation plans. First, is a JV agreement with 3 NYS Licensed Professional Engineering (PE) Firms, as a collaborative instrument for pursuing larger public works projects in NY & NJ. Second, is the launch of a Consulting Partner Initiative (CPI), that will offer paid opportunities for Experienced, Certified or Licensed Construction Professionals (including CSP, CIH, CCM & PE designations), to leverage professional networks for business development. This will enable passive and active earnings for Construction Professionals interested in developing new business and leadership skills with a focus on business development.
